About the role
Re-Bath is seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to support our daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing products and materials while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying accuracy and inspecting products for damage or defects.
- Organize and store products according to company safety and warehouse standards.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Prepare shipping labels and coordinate deliveries or courier services as needed.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently (if certified).
- Avoid inventory movement and material handling throughout the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment and promptly report safety concerns to management.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to support daily operations.
- Drive a company vehicle with a flatbed trailer, as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 75 pounds on a regular basis.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel throughout the workday/for extended periods.
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy when picking and packing orders. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Preferred qualifications: Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required. Prior experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment. Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment. Forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification. Experience driving a truck and flatbed trailer. Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and order processing.
