"Raymond West provides medical, dental, vision, 401k with company match, flexible spending accounts, disability insurance, life insurance, personal time off, holiday pay and a great team to work with!"
"Check us out at www.raymondwest.com." (maybe we can keep as part of About the role? It's not boilerplate? It's a link; but we can keep as part of About the role maybe.)
Then there is EEO etc which we need to remove.
We need sections: About the role (intro), Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe Education/Experience + Physical Requirements?), Skills, Benefits, Pay. Schedule not present, so omit.
We need to decide what goes into Requirements. Could combine Education/Experience and Physical Requirements as "Requirements". Or separate Qualifications and Requirements. The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can choose which to include based on content.
We have Education/Experience and Physical Requirements. Could put under Requirements. Could also have Qualifications for skills? But we have Skills section separate.
Thus:
About the role
with intro paragraph(s).Responsibilities
with- for duties.
Requirements
with- for Education/Experience and Physical Requirements (maybe separate sublists? but we can just list each requirement as

Skills
with- for Required Skills/Abilities.

Make sure all equipment is properly tagged 5. Responsible for storing equipment such as racking or lift trucks in a designated area within the warehouse 6. Pay
withstating hourly range $20.00 - $23.00 and note about factors. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, application instructions, etc. Also remove "Check us out at www.raymondwest.com."? That's not boilerplate but maybe considered promotional; but it's substantive? It's a URL. Might keep as part of About the role? It's not required but could be kept. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." So we should keep that URL as it's substantive info about the company. However it's not a job duty; it's just a link. We could include it in About the role paragraph. Also "Qualified candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen." That's a requirement; could be under Requirements. Now we need to ensure we don't repeat content. Let's craft. First, About the role: combine first paragraph plus company description plus URL. Paragraph: "Raymond West is looking for a dynamic Warehouse Associate to join our team! The Warehouse Associate is responsible for loading and unloading all Raymond West equipment including taking inventory and store materials in the warehouse. The Warehouse Associate is also responsible for accurately monitoring of all dock movements of product and ensures that each shipped or received item is properly identified and tagged.
