Warehouse Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders or inventory records.
• Load, unload, and move materials within the facility using manual handling techniques and equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks.
• Organize and store materials in designated locations to maintain efficient warehouse workflows and accessibility.
• Prepare materials for shipment by packaging, labeling, and ensuring compliance with shipping documentation.
• Maintain accurate inventory records by documenting material movements, adjustments, and discrepancies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficient in operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
• Ability to read and interpret purchase orders, inventory reports, and shipping documentation.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate material handling and inventory tracking.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive movements in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with warehouse management system (WMS) software for tracking inventory movements.
