What You’ll Do
- You’ll be a key player in our warehouse team, helping to move, manage, and deliver products efficiently and safely.
- Whether you’re loading trailers, picking orders, or leading associates, you’ll work in a fast-paced, multi-temperature environment, focused on accuracy, teamwork, and safety.
- Your efforts keep our supply chain flowing smoothly — from receiving goods, staging inventory, to shipping orders out on time.
All Associates:
- Safely operate material handling equipment: electric pallet jacks and Reach forklifts (certification required for forklift)
- Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments and verify accuracy of orders and product quality
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company standards
- Use warehouse technology (RF Scanners, Vo Collect Headset, and Warehouse Management System) to track orders and inventory
- Follow all QIP and sanitation policies and safety protocols
Loader Specific:
- Load and unload trailers efficiently and safely
- Secure pallets for shipment and verify shipping documentation
- Assist dock operations including staging and organizing shipments
Selector (Picker) Specific:
- Use (Vo Collect headset) to pick and pack customer orders accurately
- Conduct cycle counts and spot checks to maintain inventory accuracy
- Follow FEFO (First Expired, First Out) procedures for food products
What You’ll Bring:
- Comfort working in varying temperatures including freezer and cooler environments
- Strong attention to detail, teamwork skills, and commitment to safety
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Experience with warehouse management systems, electric pallet jack and (Vo Collect headset) preferred
- Electric pallet jack certification and at least 6 months of safe operation experience preferred
- Valid electric pallet jack certification and 6+ months of safe equipment operation
- Strong reading/math skills for labeling, counting, and documentation
- Use a voice-directed picking system (Vo Collect headset) to accurately select and prepare customer orders
Schedule & Setting:
- Full-time, on-site in a temperature-controlled warehouse (dry, cooler freezer: -5 °F to 38 °F)
- Primarily a 4-day work week, with shifts typically starting between 3 AM and 5 PM; weekend and holiday availability required
- Physically active role with repetitive lifting up to 50-lbs and standing/walking for extended periods
Pay & Benefits:
