What You’ll Do

  • You’ll be a key player in our warehouse team, helping to move, manage, and deliver products efficiently and safely.
  • Whether you’re loading trailers, picking orders, or leading associates, you’ll work in a fast-paced, multi-temperature environment, focused on accuracy, teamwork, and safety.
  • Your efforts keep our supply chain flowing smoothly — from receiving goods, staging inventory, to shipping orders out on time.

All Associates:

  • Safely operate material handling equipment: electric pallet jacks and Reach forklifts (certification required for forklift)
  • Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments and verify accuracy of orders and product quality
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company standards
  • Use warehouse technology (RF Scanners, Vo Collect Headset, and Warehouse Management System) to track orders and inventory
  • Follow all QIP and sanitation policies and safety protocols

Loader Specific:

  • Load and unload trailers efficiently and safely
  • Secure pallets for shipment and verify shipping documentation
  • Assist dock operations including staging and organizing shipments

Selector (Picker) Specific:

  • Use (Vo Collect headset) to pick and pack customer orders accurately
  • Conduct cycle counts and spot checks to maintain inventory accuracy
  • Follow FEFO (First Expired, First Out) procedures for food products

What You’ll Bring:

  • Comfort working in varying temperatures including freezer and cooler environments
  • Strong attention to detail, teamwork skills, and commitment to safety
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
  • Experience with warehouse management systems, electric pallet jack and (Vo Collect headset) preferred
  • Electric pallet jack certification and at least 6 months of safe operation experience preferred
  • Valid electric pallet jack certification and 6+ months of safe equipment operation
  • Strong reading/math skills for labeling, counting, and documentation
  • Use a voice-directed picking system (Vo Collect headset) to accurately select and prepare customer orders

Schedule & Setting:

  • Full-time, on-site in a temperature-controlled warehouse (dry, cooler freezer: -5 °F to 38 °F)
  • Primarily a 4-day work week, with shifts typically starting between 3 AM and 5 PM; weekend and holiday availability required
  • Physically active role with repetitive lifting up to 50-lbs and standing/walking for extended periods
