Warehouse Associate

About the Role

Quality Chemical Laboratories (QCL), a leading pharmaceutical testing and manufacturing laboratory in Wilmington, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support all phases of shipping, receiving, and storage of raw materials and finished goods in a GMP environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a GMP environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

• Assist with shipping, receiving, and storage of raw materials and finished goods
• Manage accurate and reliable inventory
• Perform duties of Power of Attorney for scheduled drug items
• Receive incoming items (raw materials, consumables, equipment, etc.) and ship finished goods as required
• Maintain work areas in a neat and clean condition
• Keep training up to date and in compliance with QCL SOPs
• Document work in adherence to QCL SOPs and regulatory standards
• Participate in client calls and provide status updates as needed
• Collaborate with project management, QA, and laboratory groups to ensure proper handling of materials (receiving, releasing, testing, shipping, disposal)
• Maintain adherence to safety standards as required by QCL SOPs
• Perform other related duties as required

Reports to the department Manager or Director, as applicable.
