Warehouse Associate
About the Role
QA1, a recognized leader in high-performance suspension components for motorsports and industrial markets, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join its Detroit Speed & Engineering team in Mooresville, North Carolina. Responsibilities
- Timely pick material using forklift and/or other material handling equipment
- Package and palletize orders
- Load and unload trucks
- Replenish production and warehouse as directed
- Support cycle counting activities
- Receive and process incoming orders and returns
- Complete verification of items picked for accuracy and condition
- Assist in orientation and cross-training of other Warehouse team members
- Assist in troubleshooting issues as they arise, escalating to leadership appropriately
- Other duties as beneficial to the success of QA1
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Familiarity with material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts
- Prior forklift operator experience and/or willingness to gain forklift operator license
- Positive attitude, reliable attendance, and excellent work ethic
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic math, reading, and English communication skills
- Comfortable working in a team or alone under busy conditions with minimal supervision
- Open to cross-training and learning
- Demonstrable technical proficiency with Microsoft Office products and ERP; prior experience with WMS preferred
- Ability to work with a diverse team

Schedule
- Option 1: Monday–Thursday, 6:30 AM–5:00 PM
- Option 2: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Pay
Base pay will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.
