Warehouse Associate

About the role

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will support daily warehouse operations by receiving, organizing, picking, packing, and preparing products for shipment. You will work closely with team members to ensure accurate inventory management, efficient order fulfillment, and a safe, organized work environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, and committed to maintaining high standards of accuracy and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Use handheld scanners and warehouse technology to track inventory and order status.
• Verify product quantities and inspect items for quality before shipment.
• Receive, unload, and organize incoming inventory.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and cycle counts.
• Report damaged products, inventory discrepancies, or operational concerns to supervisors.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals and deadlines.
• Support other warehouse functions as assigned.

• Basic math and counting skills.
• Effective communication skills.
