Warehouse Associate

About the role

Join Phillip Jeffries, a global luxury brand offering more than 1,000 wallcoverings to designers and architects worldwide. As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll be responsible for picking and packing wallcoverings with precision, reporting to the Warehouse Manager at our Fairfield, NJ location.

Responsibilities

• Execute flawless order processing, picking, packing, and shipping for wallcoverings and CFA sample orders.
• Maintain speed and accuracy to meet internal and client-facing Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Collaborate on process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce workflow friction.
• Handle incoming inventory with precision and care, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Uphold luxury standards for CFA samples and product orders through well-defined protocols.
• Represent the brand with pride in every shipment and touchpoint.

Requirements

• Experience in fulfillment centers and operating order pickers/reach trucks is a plus.
• Strong time management, multitasking, and follow-up abilities.
• Positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in English (speaking and reading) and general computer skills.
• Energetic, adaptable, and quick to shift direction as needed.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Capable of lifting 50–100 pounds.
