About the role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support our in-house shop technicians and daily warehouse operations. In this role, you’ll assist with shipping and receiving, verify outgoing orders, move forklifts throughout the facility, conduct basic maintenance on forklift batteries, and complete quality and damage inspections to ensure equipment is ready for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload forklifts and equipment from delivery trucks
- Prepare, stage, and verify equipment for outgoing shipments
- Check incoming and outgoing orders against shipping documentation to ensure accuracy
- Operate forklifts to move, organize, and store materials throughout the warehouse
- Perform basic maintenance on industrial batteries, including charging, watering, cleaning, and testing
- Conduct routine forklift inspections to identify damage or maintenance needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused warehouse environment
- Support movement and coordination of company vehicles as needed
- Assist with additional warehouse and operational tasks as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1–3 years of experience in a material handling environment (preferred)
- Experience with forklifts and lift truck batteries (highly desirable)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Forklift experience strongly preferred
- Additional experience may be required based on operational needs

Physical Requirements
- Ability to operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely
- Regular standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Work performed in warehouse, shop, and light office environments
