About the Role
As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our technicians equipped with the materials and equipment they need to deliver outstanding service to our customers. Your attention to detail and commitment to organization will help ensure our operations run efficiently every day.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory and shipments
- Verify quantities and condition of materials received
- Pick, stage, and prepare materials for service and installation teams
- Coordinate deliveries to and from job sites
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and assist with cycle counts
- Assist with purchasing and inventory management
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant
- Assist technicians in locating parts and materials
- Accurately document inventory transactions using company software
- Support other warehouse and operations projects as needed
Requirements
- Previous warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors as needed
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn inventory software
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and dependable work ethic
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record preferred
