Position overview

We are looking for driven, capable Warehouse Associates to support Shipping, Receiving, Packing and other warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for personal and career growth.

Responsibilities

• Unload goods delivered; verify received items against purchase orders for quantity and due date
• Book goods onto the system, batch boxes as required, pass samples and paperwork to Inspection
• Put goods away to picking or pallet locations, or transfer to boxing or subcontract operations
• Repackage bulk product into smaller quantities to meet company or customer requirements
• Fill boxing machine hoppers and manage waste
• Move boxed goods to designated storage locations
• Produce dispatch notes, picking lists and labels as needed
• Resolve discrepancies during picking and advise manager of potential stock issues
• Confirm picked items match the picking note and pack items securely for shipment
• Arrange issue of required certifications and load goods for dispatch within deadlines
• Operate warehouse equipment to reach high locations
• Use the current ERP system and print labels using handheld/physical printers
• Use mobile scanners/tablets to receive and pick inventory
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager

Skills and Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2–5 years relevant experience, preferably in a warehouse setting
• Ability to read, understand and maintain required records
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Forklift experience preferred

Pay

Hourly: $19.00–$21.00
