Warehouse Associate

We are looking for someone to join our Shipping Team to help ensure customers receive their custom stickers/labels in a timely manner. This role is a great opportunity to start and learn more about our company, with potential to cross-train into production.

Pay

$16.00/hour to start

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm

Responsibilities

• Prepares completed work orders for shipment by palletizing, wrapping, and marking finished goods
• Processes bills of lading according to the requirements stated on the work order
• Notifies freight carriers
• Processes small shipments through UPS and FedEx software system and labels each box accordingly
• Maintains material handling equipment in good working order and reports any maintenance issues to the Warehouse Manager
• Adheres to all established safety practices
• Maintains a clean work area
• Communicates job-specific information or changes to the supervisor promptly to minimize production downtime
• Follows established quality management system procedures
• Completes quality documents to ensure adherence to procedures

Physical Demands

• Required to talk and hear
• Often required to sit and use hands and fingers to handle or feel
• Occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Vision abilities required include close vision
• May be required to lift up to 45 lbs
