Warehouse Associate

About the role

OES Equipment, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is a fast-paced and innovative construction consumable, heavy equipment rental company seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate. They will perform entry-level warehouse duties supporting order fulfillment, inventory handling, and warehouse organization.

Responsibilities

• Assists with picking, packing, loading, and unloading materials.
• Supports inventory organization, put aways, and stock rotation.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety of the warehouse environment.
• Follows established procedures for material handling and equipment use.
• Supports team members with daily warehouse tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Positive interpersonal skills and strong work ethic.
• Strong verbal communication skills, especially in team and customer interactions.
• Ability to work in both a team environment as well as independently.
• Self-driven; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
• No prior warehouse experience required.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain required.
• Construction supply and equipment knowledge a plus.
• Rental Man software experience a plus.
