Warehouse Associate

About the role

ENET Solutions Inc., part of the Network Infrastructure division of NSI Industries, is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and motivated to help ensure customer orders are picked, packed, labeled, and shipped accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment accurately and efficiently
• Verify quantities, item numbers, and order details against pick tickets and shipping documents
• Label packages correctly and pack cartons securely to prevent damage in transit
• Stage completed orders for carrier pickup and support daily shipping deadlines
• Inspect products and packaging to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met
• Absorb and assist with receiving, stocking, and inventory support as needed
• Maintain an organized shipping area and accurate shipping records
• Follow safety procedures and support general warehouse operations as assigned

Requirements

• Ability to read and follow work instructions, pick tickets, order details, and shipping documentation in English
• Strong attention to detail when picking, labeling, packaging, and verifying shipments
• Basic computer or data entry skills for processing shipping information accurately
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Forklift certification or prior equipment experience is a plus, but not required

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Previous shipping, order fulfillment, or warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred

Physical Demands

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motion throughout the workday
• Frequent use of hands and fingers to pick, pack, label, and handle shipping materials and products
• Safety procedures and support general warehouse operations as assigned

Physical Work Requirements
