About the Role

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations including inventory organization, stocking, shipping and receiving, forklift operation, and general warehouse maintenance. This role plays a key part in ensuring inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and timely movement of products throughout the warehouse. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and restock inventory in designated warehouse locations
  • Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as required
  • Wrap, package, and prepare inventory for shipment
  • Assist with inventory movement and material handling throughout the warehouse
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
  • Collaborate with warehouse, purchasing, and management teams to improve operational efficiency
  • Maintain and care for warehouse tools and equipment
  • Scrap and remove panels and materials as directed
  • Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control activities
  • Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned
  • Perform other duties, tasks, or work as assigned

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
  • Ability to work accurately and effectively under deadlines

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Warehouse experience preferred
  • Forklift experience is a plus

Physical Demands

  • Occasional sitting, reaching, working overhead, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
  • Frequent walking
  • Continuous standing and repetitive hand motion
  • Frequent lifting and movement of materials throughout the workday
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and heavier items with proper equipment or team assistance

Schedule

Monday–Friday – 9:00am to 5:30pm

Work Environment

This position operates in a warehouse environment. Employees may work around forklifts, material handling equipment, inventory racks, and shipping/receiving operations. Proper safety procedures must be followed at all times. Closed-toe footwear is required.
