About the role

The Warehouse Associate at Myonex performs all duties related to the daily operations of the warehouse, including picking, packing, receiving shipments, shipping products, housekeeping, and inventory control. This position works closely with colleagues in Operations and Quality to ensure goods are correctly received, stored, and shipped according to procedures, regulations, and customer standards.

Activities occur in ambient, chilled, and frozen environments with temperatures ranging from 15°C to 25°C, 2°C to 8°C, and -25°C to -15°C, including handling products under labeled storage conditions (uncontrolled, 20°C, 5°C, -20°C, and -80°C) and packaging materials such as dry ice.

Responsibilities

  • Support operations, logistics, receiving, shipping, and inventory control of products.
  • Ensure inventory is properly labeled and stored in correct locations.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance under the guidance of the Warehouse Operations Supervisor and Manager Warehouse and Logistics, US.
  • Process scheduled shipments accurately and on time according to company and customer requirements.
  • Manage storage, inventory, and preparation of controlled temperature shippers and materials.
  • Follow up with logistics teams and couriers to confirm timely shipment pickups.
  • Perform cycle counts and report deviations as directed by operations management and QA.
  • Support incident and complaint investigations as required.
  • Provide suggestions for process and procedure improvements.
  • Maintain a GMP warehouse through daily housekeeping tasks.
  • Participate in GMP labeling and distribution activities as needed.
  • Handle products in accordance with labeled storage conditions, including dry ice packaging.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent business experience.
  • 2-5 years’ experience in warehousing and domestic/international distribution operations.
  • Experience within a pharmaceutical or similarly regulated industry is preferred.

Skills

  • Basic knowledge of managing and shipping Dangerous Goods is preferred.
  • Proficient in operating systems including Oracle, eQms, and ERP/inventory management software.
  • Experience with international shipping documentation and regulations is desirable.
  • Basic understanding of cGMPs, GDPs, GXP inventory control, materials management, and cold chain shipment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Trustworthy, reliable, accountable, flexible, and adaptive.
  • Basic understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet functions.
  • Current forklift license holder is preferred.

Schedule

Full-time, onsite position based in Horsham, PA. 10-hour shifts, four days a week, varying between Monday–Thursday or Monday–Friday.
