Warehouse Associate

Responsibilities

• Supports the shipping, receiving & stocking of warehouse inventory
• Supports warehouse staff in a team-based environment
• Ensures customer satisfaction through active participation
• Maintains supplies inventory and updates records
• Delivers parts orders to customer locations or job sites
• Follows up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Resolves problems to maintain customer satisfaction and company policies

Requirements

• Moderate PC skills in Microsoft Office
• Own transportation and valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Reasonable physical demands including lifting up to 50 pounds
• Environmental requirements include occasional field work
