Warehouse Associate

About the role

We're looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our team and play an important role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. In this role, you'll accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders while helping maintain organized and accurate inventory. Success in this position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This position is based in our Broomfield, Colorado warehouse and offers the opportunity to be part of a growing company that is passionate about helping athletes perform at their best.

Responsibilities

• Accurately read, pick and pack each customer's order.
• Accurately manage inventory and ensure organization of the warehouse.
• Assist in receiving and putting away all incoming inventory.
• Assist with entering inventory data when assigned.
• Other duties not listed here may be assigned by management.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40lbs.
• Ability to bend and stoop to grab objects.
• Strong work ethic and integrity.

Schedule

• Sunday - Wednesday: 6:30AM to 5:00PM
• Wednesday - Saturday: 6:30AM to 5:00PM
• Sunday - Thursday: 12:00PM to 8:30PM
• Tuesday - Saturday: 12:00PM to 8:30PM

Pay

Starting at $19.00/hour, with shift differentials of $21.00/hour for overnight shifts and $22.00/hour for weekend shifts.
