Warehouse Associate

Responsibilities

• Handle daily receiving and shipping of raw materials, auxiliary materials, WIP, and finished goods
• Verify material names, specifications, quantities, and quality status per inbound procedures; complete system registration
• Prepare and issue materials accurately per requisition/outbound orders; enforce FIFO management
• Manage material shelving, placement, and labeling; keep warehouse locations clean and organized
• Participate in periodic inventory counts to ensure system-physical consistency
• Maintain 5S and fire safety standards in warehouse areas

Requirements

• Vocational school or high school diploma or above
• 1+ years of warehouse management experience; manufacturing warehouse experience preferred
• Forklift license preferred
• Proficient in Office applications; ERP system experience preferred
• Diligent, detail-oriented, hardworking, and responsible
