Responsibilities

• Operate in a safe manner, ensuring all inbound, picking, packaging, shipping, and Millennium deliveries are completed accurately and on time.
• Follow procedures as they are written and make suggestions as needed to improve our process.
• Receive, pick, pack, and ship product as needed.
• Inspect inventory to ensure it meets client expectations.
• Inspect inventory to ensure it meets client expectations.
• Load and unload trucks as needed or directed by management.
• Complete and submit cycle counts.

Requirements

• Standing for long periods of time, squatting, twisting, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs unassisted.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, ability to interact with clients and internal teams.
• Willingness to learn and listen.
• Time management and organization skills.
• Proficient knowledge of warehouse procedure and policy.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities.
• Data Entry capabilities.
