Warehouse Associate

About the role

A detail-oriented Warehouse Associate responsible for inventory control, loss prevention, and shipping and receiving documentation. Must maintain a clean driving record and operate powered industrial equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory rotation by preparing shipments and staging/verifying incoming material
• Use powered industrial equipment (forklift, hand-crane, pallet jack, shrink wrap machine, etc.)
• Load and unload goods to/from storage areas (racks, shelves, vehicles) in an organized manner
• Notify managers of major maintenance issues
• Use Timekeeping App for accurate time management
• Comply with company’s safe lifting practices and standard operating procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
• Obtain and maintain forklift certification

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years of prior warehouse and forklift experience
• Must pass background check, motor vehicle check, and drug test
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. at a time
• Proficient in operating GPS, electric lifts, hand trucks, and pallet jacks
• Team player with strong customer service skills
• Disciplined, dependable, and resourceful
