Warehouse Associate

About the role

Michigan Mechanical Ventures is a fast-growing contractor in Southeast Michigan seeking a full-time Warehouse Associate to join their team. They are a family-owned Plumbing/HVAC company focusing on commercial service and new construction.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming shipments, checking for accuracy and damage.
• Stock shelves and organize inventory efficiently.
• Pull materials for specific orders and prepare them for pickup or delivery.
• Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse.
• Operate a forklift or other warehouse equipment (training provided if needed).
• Drive company vehicles to deliver materials and equipment to job sites as required.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse or inventory experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
• Strong sense of efficiency and attention to detail.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
