As a Warehouse Associate, you will be an essential part of our team, ensuring that home-delivered meal orders are accurately selected, packed, and prepared for timely distribution. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and organization will help ensure reliable fulfillment of home-delivered meal orders.
Responsibilities
- Align with our mission and values as an organization.
- Keep your supervisor informed about kitchen activities, needs, or challenges.
- Work closely with all departments to support MOWWM’s mission and goals.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, customers, and partners.
- Follow procedures to ensure compliance with Federal, State, and grant regulations.
- Packaging client meals and side order for delivery to program clients.
- Transfer and stage packages for delivery drivers.
- Restock product and prepare inventory for next day’s operations.
- Fulfill client meal orders inside commercial cooler, ensuring accuracy and proper food handling.
- Assist in packaging, stocking and organizing products within commercial cooler and freezer.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and accurate inventory of product stored in both the commercial cooler and freezer.
- Aid in receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming products to support daily warehouse operations.

Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible hours, including days, and occasional overtime as needed.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Pay
$15.00 - $17.00 per hour based on experience.
Schedule
Consistent DAY shifts (we operate Monday – Friday, 6 am – 2:30 pm).
