We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Associate to join our team!
Responsibilities
- Receive and stock products from suppliers and perform incoming quality inspections.
- Move products around warehouse, operating warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Order products and supplies as needed.
- Maintain company vehicle fleet (maintenance, inventory, records, etc.).
- Ensure warehouse is in compliance with OSHA standards and company policies.
- Serve as back up for parts runner.
- Support other warehouse duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- 3+ years of warehouse experience.
- Familiarity with HVAC & Plumbing industry is a plus.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Good computer data entry skills.
- Physical demands: must be able to remain on feet and move throughout the warehouse for the majority of the shift (up to 90%); may be required to bend, climb (stairs/ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run; may be required to drive and sit for long periods of time; must be able to maneuver up to 75 lb. by lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling; may be required to work in outdoor weather conditions.

Pay
The starting average rate for this opportunity ranges from $18‑$20 per hour. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. A candidate’s salary history will not be used in compensation decisions.
