About the role
The Shipping Associate is a key player in maintaining inventory accuracy and shipping products. Your work will ensure we live up to our customers’ expectations by picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately, timely, and efficiently. Marketlab will invest in your growth by developing your knowledge of the distribution process and the tools necessary to perform well.
Responsibilities
- Independently pick, pack, and ship orders in an efficient manner with a high degree of accuracy.
- Operate appropriate equipment (training provided) to fulfill customer orders.
- Prepare required shipping paperwork per carrier requirements.
Requirements
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
- One or more years of prior distribution center experience or related experience and training is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills to work with all team members.
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to tolerate workspace temperatures that fluctuate throughout the year.
Schedule
9:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
