Position Summary
The Warehouse Associate role involves picking and packing orders from inventory, assisting in receiving shipments, and supporting other departments as needed.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Pick orders from inventory and deliver to packing area for shipment (85%)
- Assist Receiving Department by stocking incoming product on warehouse shelves (10%)
- Assist Gift Wrappers pick orders, as necessary (5%)
Major Accounts Associate
- Process order fulfillment tasks in the pick, pack or ship areas of responsibility (AOR)
- Complete assignments and maintain daily workflows in the AOR
- Move of merchandise and materials through the AOR
- Learn and maintain internal process requirements and client compliance standards in each phase of the fulfillment cycle
- Utilize computers, mobile devices and manual means to record, document and report order fulfillment data
- Maintain, track and report department equipment and material volumes
- Maintain compliance to company policies, safety standards and workplace etiquette
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience in the retail, e-commerce, distribution or related field is preferred
Special Requirements
- Ability to work overtime on a regular basis and occasionally on weekends
- Ability to work in an open, warehouse environment

- Flexibility and adaptability to respond to variable workloads and priorities

- Detail-oriented, able to maintain accuracy at speed and amid distraction
- Intermediate computing skills to include the use of spreadsheets and e-mail
- Have an interest in continuously improving processes
