Warehouse Associate
Job Summary
We are looking for someone motivated, reliable, and hardworking to join our team. The main responsibilities of this role will include loading/unloading shipments, organizing shipments, verifying shipment accuracy, making weekly deliveries, maintaining an inventory of stock, and filling orders.
What You Will Do
- Stage, load, and unload materials
- Verify the accuracy of outgoing shipments by examining contents and comparing them with manifests or packing lists
- Weekly deliveries
- Notify the Warehouse Manager of any problems, such as damage or shortages
- Observe and follow all safety standards and processes
- Propose process improvements; implement methods that improve efficiency/effectiveness and reduce costs
Qualifications
- Demonstrate overall knowledge of warehouse/assembly/and repair procedures
- Able to meet deadlines and use organizational and time management skills effectively
- Prior warehouse/assembly/repair experience
- Forklift certified
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
- Able to lift up to 70 lbs
