Warehouse Associate

About the role

We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our Supply Chain team. This position involves performing duties related to receiving and shipping medical device products. Key responsibilities include accurately and quickly picking, packing, and shipping customer orders, maintaining accurate records of all shipments, assisting with inventory counts, and processing international shipments.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders, ensuring proper packing to prevent damage during transport.
• Maintain accurate records of all outgoing and incoming shipments using SAP Warehouse.
• Deliver supplies, materials, and equipment to other departments as needed.
• Lift and move heavy items/packages as required, assisting other departments.
• Aid in regular inventory counts and reconcile shipments.
• Monitor and highlight low inventory items, communicating these to purchasing.
• Process international shipments, handle RMAs, and create/print labels for finished goods.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED and 0-1 years of warehouse experience.
• Ability to work independently with some supervision.
• Strong ability to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Detailed and quality-focused approach.
• Moderate computer proficiency.
• Excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Visual/SAP or other ERP experience preferred.
• Powered Industrial Truck/Pallet Jack experience preferred.
