Warehouse Associate

About the role

Interstate Power Systems is seeking a Parts Delivery Associate for our Gillette, Wyoming location. This position involves delivering and picking up parts for the Parts Department and providing occasional support in the Warehouse Department during downtime.

Shift

Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, Overtime available, Weekend work required on occasion.

Pay

Starting at $19.00/hour DOE

Position Duties

• Deliver parts to customers and pick up return/cores
• Collect material and parts for the store as needed
• Deliver parts to outside customers weekly
• Represent the Company in a professional manner to customers
• Assemble customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets or shelves or transport orders to packing station or shipping department
• Provide parts support to our service center
• Ship/receive incoming and outgoing freight
• Involvement in inventory control
• Maintain a clean and orderly workplace and vehicle
• Along with other assigned tasks

Desired Skills And Qualities

• Knowledge of shipping and receiving
• Solid verbal, written and phone communication skills
• Ability to operate a forklift
• Strong organizational skills
• Uphold standard work schedule

Requirements For Position

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Previous computer experience, preferably using Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
• Lifting requirement of 50 pounds
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record
