About The Role
The Warehouse Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring our hardware and inventory operations run smoothly. Key responsibilities include preparing devices for deployment, managing inventory, fulfilling orders, and processing returns. This role is based at IntelliShift's Commack headquarters, collaborating closely with Customer Support, Product, and Field Services teams.
What You'll Do
- Prepare hardware for deployment, configure devices, run firmware updates, and handle returned equipment
- Keep inventory accurate through regular cycle counts and physical audits
- Monitor and replenish stock levels, flagging defective units for warranty review and reuse
- Fulfill and ship orders accurately, including self-install and subcontractor workflows
- Maintain documentation and update inventory records in Excel and IntelliShift systems
- Ensure the warehouse is safe and organized, following all safety standards and procedures

- A detail-oriented, dependable team player with a strong focus on accuracy
- Comfortable working on your feet in a warehouse environment, including lifting and handling hardware
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Clear communication and a willingness to collaborate across teams
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Excel or similar tools
- A proactive attitude and genuine interest in learning about operations

Compensation & Benefits
We offer competitive compensation, starting at $20-$21 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision insurance, and a 401K with a 4% company match. This is a full-time, non-exempt position requiring an in-office presence from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, at our HQ in Commack, NY.
