The Role We're looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our team supporting mail operations, inventory, and shipping and receiving. You'll help keep supplies stocked, materials moving, and the warehouse clean, organized, and running safely and efficiently. New to the industry? That's okay. We're happy to train motivated individuals who are ready to learn and build new skills. What You'll Do Support the Mail Operations Department by restocking mail trays for their useInventory and restock supplies and consumablesClean and dispose of waste and recyclables; make pick-ups and deliveries in company vehiclesShip and receive raw materials and finished productsFollow all safety regulations and legal documentation norms pertaining to warehousingFollow instructions and complete all assigned tasks as delegated by the Manager/SupervisorMaintain organization and cleanliness of the warehouseMove large paper rolls; occasionally required to lift up to 50 lbs.Other duties as assigned What You Bring Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentAbility to process, comprehend, and follow detailed instructionsAbility to work in a fast-paced processing environment and adhere to deadlinesAbility to stand for extended periods of time and to frequently lift and move heavy materials (about 30-35 pounds)Ability to take initiative, be self-motivated, and work independentlyForklift and 20' box truck experience preferredMust have a valid driver's license and clean driving recordMust be able to pass a drug screen, E-Verify, and background check What We Offer Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance401(k) with company matchPaid Time Off (PTO), sick time, and paid holidaysQuarterly bonus opportunitiesEmployee Assistance ProgramCasual work environmentTraining, cross-training, and opportunities for growth Bring your reliability and willingness to learn.
