Warehouse Associate

Responsibilities

• Aid walk-in customers by taking and delivering orders and offering general support.
• Handle incoming deliveries by unloading trucks, verifying merchandise, and matching items to orders.
• Organize inventory by sorting and placing items on racks, shelves, or bins according to specifications.
• Review and process customer orders, work orders, shipping documents, or requisitions to ensure accurate item movement.
• Prepare customer orders from stock, placing them on pallets, shelves, or designated areas for shipping.
• Accurately label orders using appropriate methods to facilitate correct identification and delivery.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse by sweeping, dusting, and ensuring safety and orderliness.
• Operate a delivery vehicle to transport products to customers, adhering to delivery instructions and company procedures.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse operations, such as receiving, stocking, picking, or packing.
• Familiarity with sales processes or concepts, and prior sales experience is advantageous.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience involving direct customer interaction and service in delivery roles.

Required Qualifications

• A high attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
• Reliable attendance and a proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs, load/unload pallets, and handle product movement within a small warehouse space.
