Warehouse Associate

About the role

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for executing daily warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping/receiving. This role supports the flow of goods through the warehouse and ensures that shipments are accurate, timely, and handled safely. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail‑oriented, and thrives in a fast‑paced, team‑based environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders, including domestic, international, and palletized shipments.
• Receive and inspect inbound inventory; verify quantities and report discrepancies.
• Put away inventory and perform transfers between locations.
• Conduct routine inventory cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy.
• Strive for 100% error‑free execution in all shipping and receiving functions.
• Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse by organizing supplies, restocking, sweeping, and trash removal.
• Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and pallet stackers.
• Use basic computer applications for shipping, receiving, and inventory functions.
• Communicate clearly and promptly with warehouse colleagues and other departments.
• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Dependable and detail‑oriented.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑based environment.
• Basic computer proficiency for shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks.
• Experience operating pallet jacks, pallet stackers, or similar material handling equipment (preferred).
• Understanding of safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
