Load and unload furniture from trucks
Receive, scan, verify, and organize incoming merchandise
Pull furniture from warehouse racks for customer and store orders
Move and properly place merchandise throughout the warehouse
Assist with organizing and maintaining warehouse racks
Verify item numbers, quantities, and labels for accuracy
Use hand trucks, pallet jacks, cherry pickers, and other warehouse equipment as needed
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
Move between warehouse departments and assist wherever needed
Follow all company safety procedures and supervisor instructions

This is an active and physically demanding position. Team members must be able to:

Lift up to 75 lbs. independently
Maneuver furniture weighing up to 300 lbs. using appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another team member
Stand and walk for extended periods
Frequently lift, carry, push, pull, bend, stoop, and reach
Work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Work in areas that may be exposed to changing temperatures and weather conditions

Dependable attendance and punctuality — our day starts at 6:30 AM
Strong work ethic and willingness to stay productive
Ability to work safely while maintaining a steady pace
Attention to detail when scanning, receiving, pulling, and organizing merchandise
Team-oriented attitude and willingness to help in different areas of the warehouse
Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous warehouse or equipment experience is helpful, but we’ll train the right person
