Homans Associates is a subsidiary of Watsco, Inc., the largest independent HVAC/R distribution company in the world. We distribute Mitsubishi and Bryant HVAC equipment, along with a full line of residential and commercial HVAC parts, supplies, and accessories across New England, New York, and New Jersey.
Join our team as a Warehouse Associate and play a key role in our wholesale operations. In this position, you will manage day-to-day inventory tasks—from receiving to final shipment—while upholding high standards of accuracy, safety, and organization. This role offers the opportunity to develop expertise in modern warehouse technologies and grow within a company that values reliability and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily inventory operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping
