Homans Associates is a subsidiary of Watsco, Inc., the largest independent HVAC/R distribution company in the world. We distribute Mitsubishi and Bryant HVAC equipment, along with a full line of residential and commercial HVAC parts, supplies, and accessories across New England, New York, and New Jersey.

About the role

Join our team as a Warehouse Associate and play a key role in our wholesale operations. You’ll manage day-to-day inventory tasks—from receiving to final shipment—while upholding high standards of accuracy, safety, and organization. This position offers opportunities to develop expertise in modern warehouse technologies and grow within a company that values reliability and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming inventory
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
• Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) as needed

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm

Pay

$22.00/hour
