Warehouse Associate

Position Summary

Herbally Yours, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, palletize, wrap, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Load and unload incoming deliveries and outbound freight safely and efficiently
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment in accordance with company safety standards
• Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming inventory and materials
• Complete packing slips, shipping documents, receiving records, and other required paperwork accurately
• Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) software for inventory transactions, order fulfillment, receiving, and shipping activities
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and physical inventories
• Report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, safety concerns, or equipment issues promptly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and GMP-compliant warehouse environment
• Follow all company policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and safety requirements
• Operate a company box truck for local pickups and deliveries as needed
• Absorb and perform additional warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience
• Forklift operating experience
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to safely operate a box truck
• Experience using warehouse inventory or WMS software
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a manufacturing, food, pharmaceutical, or dietary supplement environment
• Familiarity with inventory control and shipping software
