Responsibilities
- Forms and loads shipping cartons
- Manually stacks and moves cased products
- Provides logistical support for all production and packaging activities
- Stacks and palletizes products for the finish-packaging line
- Assists with inventory management and other warehouse tasks as needed
- Scans and moves products, ingredients, packaging, and finished goods using a scanner from one bin location to another
- Assists in transporting items under the direction of the Associate Plant Manager, Production Managers, Supervisors, Leads, and Production Assistants
- Understands and works safely with heavy equipment, including but not limited to various pallet jacks, dollies, hand trucks, and forklifts
- Conducts inventory under the direction of Production Managers, Supervisors, Leads, Inventory Helpers, or their representatives
- Collaborates with other employees to ensure smooth production with no interruptions in the supply of needed items throughout the day
- Cleans factory areas and provides janitorial and maintenance support as needed
- Assists with off-season cleaning
- Performs all duties and maintains all standards in accordance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience/training is required
- Must provide Tuberculosis (TB) certificate from a valid medical provider as required by the State of Hawaii, Department of Health
- Strong ability to understand and follow directions
- Understanding of the general functions of the Utility Worker
- Able to understand and follow directions accurately
- Able to reach, grasp, and handle tasks at a machine-paced level of activity
- Able to read and comprehend instructions in English at a high school level

Pay
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
Schedule
The schedule is typically Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime as needed.
