Warehouse Associate

Responsibilities

  • Pull orders accurately
  • Prepare products for shipment, including proper packaging and documentation
  • Select carriers and ensure timeliness, accuracy, and product integrity
  • Increase efficiency and quality of services
  • Develop, coordinate, and implement shipping schedules for multiple site locations (domestic and international)
  • Perform status updates throughout the shipping schedule to ensure timely delivery
  • Cook material deliveries for shipping, production, weighing, sealing, and wrapping according to specifications
  • Packaging instruments, assemblies into boxes
  • Keep the stock area clean and orderly utilizing space efficiently
  • Comply with the safety program
  • Review daily reports to control correct part movements and maintain accurate shipping logs
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies and correct accordingly
  • Aid in the investigation of inventory discrepancies and correct accordingly
  • Provide excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Perform all other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Experience using UPS, FedEx, and DHL shipping systems
  • Working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics
  • Advanced skills in Excel
  • Knowledge of Stocking Products with FIFO
  • Stock room, order pulling (both automated and manual methods) experience
  • Experience in Cycle Counting Practices regarding Inventory Control
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and production goals
