Warehouse Associate

Role at Habegger Corporation in Nashville, TN: full-time Warehouse Associate committed to safety, precision, and operational efficiency. This role works primarily in our warehouse, occasionally serving as a backup delivery driver if needed.

Pay

Experience-based hourly wage.

Schedule

7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with some flexibility to meet seasonal needs or complete special projects.

Requirements

• 21+ years old
• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Medical DOT card or the ability to obtain
• Ability to perform necessary physical job functions, including lifting 50 lbs.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Customer service skills and comfort interacting with internal/external customers
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Willingness to serve as a backup delivery driver if needed and make deliveries in a 26-foot box truck

Qualifications

While not required, our ideal candidate has experience working in a warehouse and/or operating a forklift.

About the role

As our Warehouse Associate, you'll tackle a variety of responsibilities to keep the day-to-day running smoothly and our facility organized. Accuracy will be a top priority as you assist with tasks like:

• Picking customer orders
• Stocking inventory
• Receiving incoming deliveries
• Preparing outgoing shipments
• Loading/unloading the trucks

You'll follow all safety procedures and keep the area as clean and organized as possible. You may also be asked to deliver customer shipments in one of our box trucks, in which case you'll be responsible for safely transporting materials, driving to the correct locations, verifying deliveries, and providing professional customer service.
