Responsibilities

• Manage the accurate picking, assembling, labeling, and shipping of outgoing orders to meet client deadlines.
• Receive, verify, and organize incoming shipments with efficiency and care.
• Support warehouse organization to maximize productivity and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Proactively assist with team operations and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Perform other tasks as needed to ensure smooth and successful daily operations.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of ownership over your work.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lb and be on your feet for extended periods (bending, twisting, walking, etc.).
• A team‑first mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and advance within a scaling company.
