Warehouse Associate
About the role
This position assists in various areas of warehouse shipping, LTL's, and returns. It involves loading/offloading trailers, moving items, making deliveries, operating warehouse equipment, cycle counting, and operating company vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Load/Offload trailers using warehouse equipment and/or manually.
- Move wheels, tires, accessories, apparel, and other items using warehouse equipment and/or manually.
- Made Deliveries and transfers (Driver License Required).
- Utilize WMS to process and package orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate industrial trucks (forklifts, pickers, etc.), pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Cycle count wheels, tires, accessories, apparel, and miscellaneous as directed.
- Operate company vehicles.
Requirements
- Ensure all safety rules are strictly observed.
- Maintain neat, clean, and orderly warehouse appearance.
- Ability to work extended hours/over-time as needed as well as some Saturdays.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures and guidelines.
- Conform to all quality and safety procedures.
- Operate accurately and timely in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in a distribution environment, preferred.

Physical Requirements
- Constant physical activity; standing, walking, reaching, grasping, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling, lifting, and repetitive motion for an 8-hour up to a 12-hour shift.
- Visual acuity.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
- Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Compensation Range $17.56 - $23.56 The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Fox reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
