Warehouse Associate

About the role

We're seeking Warehouse Associates who can accurately receive, stock, pick, and ship products, maintain inventory, load and unload products, operate equipment, and assist with other duties.

Responsibilities

• Accurately receive, stock, pick, and ship products.
• Use RF scanners to maintain accurate inventory.
• Load and unload products from various vehicles and containers.
• Safely operate hand carts, dollies, and powered industrial equipment.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment.
• Meet daily productivity, quality, and safety standards.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience.
• Experience using RF scanners preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
• Excellent work history demonstrating reliability and consistent attendance.
• Positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and a safety-first mindset.
• Ability to work independently and maintain productivity throughout the shift.

Physical Requirements

• Regular standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, and lifting.
• Ability to lift and carry 46–85 lbs. regularly.
• Ability to push, pull, or move materials weighing up to 322 lbs. using approved lifting equipment or team lifts.
• Comfortable working in warehouse environments with changing temperatures.
• Manual dexterity and coordination to safely operate warehouse equipment and tools.
