Responsibilities

  • Inspect and identify aircraft parts and receive them into computer software applications.
  • Load/unload inventory onto shipping containers and flatbed trucks.
  • Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, and requisitions to determine items to be pulled from inventory.
  • Package parts to ship to customers using specific packaging methods to ensure protection and compliance with customer specifications.
  • Maintain inventory controls by documenting part traceability and storing pictures using the company’s network drive and applications.
  • Pull parts from specific warehouse locations and stage them for shipment preparation.
  • Mark materials with identifying information using appropriate methods.
  • Validate and record amounts of materials or items received, distributed, or cycle counted via computer programs.
  • Weigh, count, and inspect items to ensure conformance to established standards.
  • Assist in counting, tarping, and movement of physical inventory.
  • Complete requisition forms to order supplies from other departments.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Maintain quality service by following organization standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience.
  • US Person status as defined by ITAR Regulations (U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder), or asylee/refugee status).
  • Regular and predictable attendance required.
  • Basic computer and data entry skills.

Special Requirements

This position requires access to information subject to compliance with the International Traffic Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Applicants must provide documentation to verify U.S. person status under ITAR/EAR, defined as a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident (green card holder), refugee, or asylee. Some positions may require current U.S. Citizenship due to contract requirements.
