Warehouse Associate
Position Summary
This role focuses on the inbound section of the warehouse for which you will be receiving the parts and products used in orthopedic and trauma surgeries and restocking the parts and products to be used in future cases. You will train on multiple different product lines to learn all of the parts in the warehouse, inspect products or materials for damage, defects, or shortages, communicate with the team on a regular basis, interact with the team during service level investigations, maintain warehouse organization, use the computer and different programs to track and maintain accurate inventory counts and records, and support management in preparation for branch audits of all inventory parts and products.
Qualifications
- Must live in Canton, MA or a surrounding area.
- Must have high school diploma or GED (this will be verified).
- Must have reliable transportation as attendance and punctuality is important.
- Must have the physical ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50lbs.
- Must have good prioritization and demonstrated organizational skills.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be attentive to details.
- Must be able to work autonomously and also, effectively with a team.
- Must maintain professionalism is on all settings.
- Must be on time, dependable, ethical and possess high integrity.
- Must be self-motivated, a self-starter, and a hard work ethic.
- Must possess adaptability and flexibility.
- Must have a fully functioning smartphone.
- Must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure.
PAY STRUCTURE
$23.00 per hour | Weekly Pay
