Warehouse Associate

Responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day operations of the branch by providing order and delivery services.
• Perform all warehouse functions, including receiving, storing, handling, shipping, and preparing product for customer delivery.
• Maintain the warehouse in a safe and orderly fashion; work in a constant state of awareness.
• Undergo a pre‑employment drug test screening for amphetamines, cocaine, marijuana, methamphetamines, opiates, oxycodone, and phencyclidines per HHS and SAMHSA cutoff levels.
• Submit to a background check; only job‑related convictions will be considered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (warehouse or distribution experience preferred).
• Ability to identify product by size, type, style, color, or product code.
• Read orders and match shipping tickets to items picked.
• Basic math and reasoning skills.
• Ability to obtain certification for power‑truck equipment.
• Operate inventory control equipment such as bar‑coding devices and handheld scanners.
• Fluency in English; Spanish a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lb unassisted; occasional lifts up to 75 lb.
• Stand, walk, lift, pull, and push for extended periods.
• Climb ladders for top‑level selection as needed.
• Withstand extreme temperatures typical of a warehouse environment.
• Vision requirements: close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
