Warehouse Associate

About the role

Ecolab is seeking a Warehouse Associate I to join our team in Beloit, WI. This role supports the delivery of products that help create clean water, safe food, and healthy environments.

Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment (Picking/packing): Read orders and requisitions to determine items to be moved or distributed; pick merchandise or parts, wrap and label shipments, and deliver to assembly line, packing, or shipping areas.
• Material Handling: Receive, count, process, store, and distribute materials, tools, equipment, and products within the facility; load/unload items from parts or shelves, pallets, racks, shelves, and designated areas using vehicles (pallet jacks or carts); ensure safe transit using appropriate equipment.
• Inventory & Recordkeeping: Notify coach of shortages or if additional resources are needed. General Operations: Open containers, maintain a clean and safe workspace, may drive vehicles (pallet jacks or carts) to transport stored items or pick up items from various locations.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and policies. Perform additional duties as assigned to support logistics and warehouse operations.

• Plant Location: 1630 Apex Dr., Beloit WI. 53511
• Work Week & Shift: Multiple options available depending on business need (Monday-Friday 6:00am - 2:00pm, with overtime including weekends when required; Monday-Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm, with overtime including weekends when required)

Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• No immigration sponsorship offered for this role.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous plant or warehouse experience.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Experience working independently and as part of a team.

Physical Demands

• Position requires lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs.

Annual Or Hourly Compensation Range

$17.50 / hour. This position pays an hourly rate and is eligible for overtime. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
