Warehouse Associate

About the role

Crowd Cow is an online retailer providing customers with access to the best meats and seafoods. Our Warehouse Fulfillment team ensures our exacting standards are met and customers' orders arrive on time with 100% accuracy. This position requires working as a team with a sense of urgency and exceptional attention to detail. Our same-day shipping model demands peak performance at all times. We are expanding our fulfillment services in the Texas Market and moving to a new location in Fort Worth.

Schedule

Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Process, pack, and ship orders accurately.
• Maintain inventory of products; restock as needed.
• Inspect products for damages; report as needed.
• Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment.
• Receive and appropriately sort and store incoming products.
• Prepare products for shipping.
• Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures.
• Work in cold storage and freezer environments with proper equipment provided.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Proven work experience in a warehouse setting.
• Familiarity with hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment is a plus but not required.
• Ability to skillfully and safely operate a forklift.
• Good working knowledge of computer usage for order fulfillment.
• Solid communication and inventory skills.
• Physical stamina and dexterity; ability to lift or move at least 40 lbs.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.

Pay

This is a full-time position with an hourly rate of $19.00.
