Warehouse Associate

Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM until finished (approximately 4:30 PM).

Responsibilities

• Pick orders accurately and efficiently using an iPad.
• Organize and maintain products in the warehouse and LightSpeed racks following the first-in, first-out (FIFO) method.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Maintain open lines of communication with production line/team leaders and supervisors.
• Communicate all inventory discrepancies to team leaders and the Supply Chain Manager.
• Record accurate inventory counts of products picked, packed, scrapped, and excess.
• Load and unload trucks for all routes/markets.
• Perform stock replenishment.
• Complete additional projects and assignments as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to use an iPad.
• Proficiency in basic arithmetic: add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure, including fractions, to compute percentages.
• Ability or willingness to learn how to operate an electric pallet jack.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to understand, speak, read, and write in English to perform essential job functions, including comprehension of laws, regulations, standards, documents, and internal/external communications.
• Supports a service-oriented environment and maintains a positive attitude and enthusiasm with coworkers and customers.
• Must meet company-established product picking metrics on a weekly basis.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to work with iPads and other warehouse technology daily.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Encouraged to obtain in-house forklift certification.
