This position is with Colony Hardware (formerly DriveKore) Warehouse Associate.

About the role

To do this you will utilize your willingness to produce high quality, detailed and accurate work to ensure the mission to provide excellent customer service is completed.

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming merchandise by receiving, examining, sorting, organizing, and labeling them with appropriate stock and inventory control codes.
• Send all picked orders to the packing department after verifying all items are free of defects or damage, and then move the completed orders to appropriate shipment locations.
• Perform scheduled cycle counts of product for inventory and enter all data manually to ensure all information is updated.
• Unpack items to be stocked on shelves and load trucks with packed orders following a set of specific instructions and/or procedures in an organized and specified sequence.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse, shipping, receiving or packaging environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
• Ability to work on your feet and perform physical work.
• Experience working with RF Scanners.
• Experience operating one of the following: Sit-down forklift, stand-up forklift, cherry picker, or pallet jack.
